2019 - 2020 School Year

Periodically I will update this page, including the new books added to the collection.

Be sure to check from time to time.

For the month of January we will showcase winter and snow books. Selections will be brought to students' attention and made available for them to borrow if they wish.

May Our Blessed Mother and her Beloved Son Jesus watch

over you and guide you in 2020.

Happy New Year!

The sixth grade will be working on how to use an encyclopedia for research.

Fourth grade will do a 4-part unit on mast trees cut for King George's ships prior to the American Revolution; this dovetails into their study of New Hampshire this year. In addition to hearing a good book on the subject, we will have some interesting activities as well.

Be sure to check out our New Books section by clicking below.

I have been making Rosaries for over 30 years and it is my pleasure to repair students'

Rosaries whenever they are in need.

Mission Statement

Saint Catherine of Siena School, deeply rooted in it's Catholic faith, fosters spiritual

development, academic excellence, and a commitment to serve others.

One way we fulfill our "commitment to serve others" is by having both 3rd grades,

during library time, make small crafts and cards a few times throughout the year

for patients at the Sisters of Holy Cross Nursing Home. This brightens the spirits of

those who receive and is a wonderful learning experience for the students who

create and share.
